Both the Entry Level and Mid-Level Management Training Programs offer a clear path to management success.
These programs, equipped with Trainer and Participant manuals, a dynamic PowerPoint presentation, and engaging group activities, have been designed to facilitate a deep understanding of management principles at both the entry level and mid level of management. PJ's commitment to making this invaluable knowledge accessible reflects her unwavering belief in the power of education and personal growth, ensuring that emerging managers have the tools they need to succeed.
Our Story
Dr. PJ Davis, a dedicated nonprofit leader with 25+ years of experience, started as a bookkeeper at Dixon Family Services in 1990. Her journey from part-time bookkeeper to Executive Director reflects her unwavering determination. Transitioning from the banking industry to nonprofits, she discovered her passion, earning her bachelor's and master's degrees, and ultimately achieving a doctorate at the age of 71, proving it's never too late to learn. PJ's inspiring story fuels her commitment to providing entry-level management training on this website, empowering others to embrace leadership roles.
